DURABLE
COST EFFECTIVE SOLUTIONS FOR ALL CONSTRUCTIONS
FOR NEW
CONSTRUCTIONS:
-
RCC SLOPING ROOF: A four layered
waterproof treatment with Mangalore tiles, or moss proof tiles
OR coloured durable RCC tiles which are moss proof, waterproof,
and provide ventilation.(TROPICAL
COLORED TILES).These tiles are placed on pre-fabricated
concrete blocks, raised by 2.5” from slab, are supported
treated wooden battens (battens ae stapped to blocks with aluminium, this avoids nailing), together with an option of heat reflective coating on slab.
-
RCC
FLAT SLAB: Waterproofed by giving slopes for draining water by hollow concrete cast in place (no rubble packing) , gutters wateproofed in five layers with
slopes towards drain pipes. Heat reflective coating is optional.
-
EXTERIOR
WALLS: Walls built with brick or laterite masonry are
waterproofed in four layers, the walls are injected to fill
up hollow spaces particularly at the bottoms of beams, and a
gaps in between brick/stone masonry. The surface can be sand
faced, rough cast, marble, granite smooth or rough (with design)
, permanently coloured to a vide range of colour which are moss
proof and fade resistant.
-
Coloured
waterproof plaster PENTA COLOR PLASTER is particularly
suited for dead walls of buildings (your neighbors repeated
permission is not required).
-
BATHROOMS:
Are waterproofed at three levels, with a copper drainage system
at the lowest level, to ensure your bathroom never leaks in
future when changes are executed inside the bathroom.
-
BASEMENTS:
Are waterproofed at three levels , with an optional copper drainage system at the lowest level to ensure your bathroom never leaks in future when changes are executed inside the bathroom.
-
WATER
TANKS: Over head tanks are waterproofed in three layers,
underground tanks are also treated in a similar fashion, and
wherever the walls are of masonry a reinforced plaster is applied.
See (SWACH SAGAR).
-
BALCONIES:
These are waterproofed in three layers and sloped towards a
drainage pipe.
-
EXPANSION
JOINTS: These are of two types, regular and minor expansion
joints. Regular expansion joints are filled with a re-inforced
waterproof flexible silicone , a hard flexible cement mortar,
cladding covers the outside of the joint. Minor cracks in RCC
structures (particularly cantilever) or exterior parapets made
of masonry, are rectified by making minor waterproof expansion
joints.
-
DRIVE
WAYS: Beautiful driveways, coloured, provided with drainage,
are moss free and non slippery.
-
JOGGING
TRACKS:
Durable concrete blocks of 2.5 square deflect by 2-3 mm while
walking are in-situ on a concrete cambered surface , The top surface is coloured, moss proofed , chemically stable and wear resistant, these paths are designed especially for comfortable walking and jogging as they reduce wear on knee cartilage.
FOR
EXISTING BUILDING: NO UNNECESSARY BREAKAGE,
CLEAN AND EFFECTIVE.
A
DEEP REBONDING TECHNIQUE WITH PLASTER WHICH IS A WATERPROOF AND
CRACK FREE.
- All types of RCC roofs.
- Waterproofing of even badly leaking West walls, dead walls without
removing existing exterior strong plaster.
- Waterproofing of Expansion joints. Including making new joints
(major or minor).
- Waterproofing of leaking bathrooms in just two days, without
removing or breaking any tile.
- Waterproofing of all types of windows or doors, even if an awning
is not provided.
- Basements, waterproofed from the inside, wherever there is no
access from outside.
- Water tanks, overhead and sump tanks made of masonry or RCC.
- Destruction of existing banyan or pipal trees, till tip of root.
(This is the only guaranteed way of getting rid of these trees
as their roots get embedded deep inside the structure, can grow
again if they are cut at the stump).
The
above work is done after first eliminating defects in the building,
removing voids and honey combing and done at the most competitive
price and after offering the best quality.
